Multi-section Acceleration Mode: Four or more independently driven acceleration zones realize synchronous acceleration and deceleration, which effectively improves glass quality.
The multi-gradient heating chamber design shortens heating cycles effectively and guarantees superior optical performance of tempered glass.
The self-developed temperature control system paired with high-precision temperature control modules enables precise temperature control within ±2℃.
Separated tempering and quenching processes expand the applicable glass thickness range and shorten tempering cycles.
With scientific layout and six-sided polishing technology, the premium insulation layer boasts better thermal conductivity and heat storage performance, greatly improving heat efficiency and reducing heat loss.
The furnace temperature field distributes stepwise from low to high temperature, easing thermal shock during glass feeding and reducing thermal stress defects.
