Product Features

Tailored for curtain wall and door & window glass production, the equipment supports high-efficiency batch manufacturing. It perfectly adapts to mass processing of Low-E laminated glass in mainstream specifications such as 5mm+5mm and 6mm+6mm, meeting the mass production demands of high-end architectural glass with stable quality and excellent productivity.
Designed with dual air chambers, the furnace evenly distributes thermal convection air pressure to minimize heating blind zones on glass sheets. It effectively prevents thermal deformations including warpage and undulation caused by local temperature differences, improves glass flatness and optical performance, and reduces defects such as stress mottling and wind stains.
Adopting an integrated cabinet-type design, the equipment features a streamlined and neat layout, which effectively reduces floor occupation and significantly improves the space utilization rate of the workshop.
The heating system reaches 600°C from ambient temperature within 25 minutes, shortening preheating time and boosting batch efficiency. Optimized heat utilization cuts energy consumption by 12% versus conventional systems for higher productivity and lower costs.
It collects real-time data on the spacing of glass sheets fed into the furnace and precisely adjusts the heating output power of each zone to stabilize the temperature field inside the furnace.
