Product Features

  • Equipped with advanced independent control over convection intensity and thermal radiation, the unit modulates the power of internal nozzle heating wires to adjust convection strength. It addresses uneven heat absorption across glass edges and centers, significantly reducing stress mottling from temperature gradients and delivering superior glass quality and visual effects.

  • Segmented heating units arranged at both furnace ends deliver consistent thermal radiation from top to bottom, narrow front-rear temperature differences, enhance flatness and edge imaging quality for glass leading and trailing ends, and avoid overheating of glass head and tail sections.

  • Designed with a dual air equalization structure, it maximizes the uniformity of hot air convection and ensures even heating of glass sheets.

     

     

     

     

  • The fully upgraded hot air internal circulation system enables uniform and regular air return, reduces heat energy loss, improves convection efficiency and accelerates the glass tempering speed.

  • Equipped with an air grid dynamic offset device, the system delivers more uniform cooling air to glass sheets, eliminates cooling blind zones, and improves the flatness of finished glass products.

  • The system controls different dwell positions for each reciprocating swing of glass during the cooling process, effectively reducing stress mottling on tempered finished products.

  • By scanning the dimension and layout of glass panels, the system dynamically identifies the position of each glass sheet inside the furnace and intelligently invokes the corresponding heating parameters. This significantly improves heating efficiency and precision for glass of various specifications, minimizes errors caused by manual operation, and enhances the stability of product quality.

  • Compatible with MES system connection, the device intelligently selects optimal process parameters from the recipe database and automatically switches equipment settings.
